The Phi Delta Alpha Sorority is celebrating its 245th Anniversary this academic year 2002 2003. To highlight the occasion in the University, the Sorority sponsors socio-cultural projects, fundraisers and outreach programs.
UPCAT REVIEW (June 2002)
Every year, the Sorority dedicates itself to guiding academically the hopeful applicants of the University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT). The alumnae sisters from the field of academe use a review textbook prepared by the residents during the review sessions conducted.
PHI DELTAN MONTH (July 2002)
July is the Phi Deltan month. The resident sisters in celebration of another glorious year of existence of the sorority organize line up the following activities:
-Open Tambayan
The Phi Deltans will treat their alumnae, brothers of the affiliate fraternity, other and friends to a party at the Tambayan.
Palma Hall Exhibit
This commences the month long celebration of the Phi Deltan Month. A successful alumna is invited to cut the ribbon of the exhibit.
-Motorcade around the UP Academic Oval
The resident sisters will strut their way along the Academic Oval. This is to mark as well the beginning of the celebration of the Phi Deltan Month.
-Street Painting Within the UP Campus
The streets around the Academic Oval is painted by the Phi Deltans in celebration of the anniversary.
-Rose giving to all the fraternities, sororities, organizations and individuals.
This is an annual tradition of the sorority. It symbolizes the commitment of the sorority to the University and recognizes the need of coordination among student organizations and offices for the betterment of the UP Academic Community.
-Thanksgiving Mass at the UP Chapel
This is to express our sincerest gratitude to our Creator for all the blessings and year He has given the Sorority.
-Medical and Dental Mission
This is an annual outreach program of the Sorority. Medical and dental specialists are invited to take part in this worthwhile venture in a selected area inside the UP Community.
An Acoustic Night for the Alumni (July 19,2002)

FASHION SHOW (August 23, 2002)
This is a fund-raising activity of the Sorority. Proceeds of this event will go to the Phi Delta Scholarship Foundation. It will cater different lines of apparel from Sari-Sari for UP Students.
SORORITY NIGHT (Spetember 13,2002)
This is a university-wide event sponsored by the Sorority. All fraternities, sororities and organizations are invited to party with the resident members.
MAJOR CONCERT (December 2,2002)
The Phi Delta Alpha Sorority is known for big concerts held in the University. We take pride and honor for the success of the BONDS and BANDS SERIES. The last leg of this concert series was on the 2001 UP Fair, which featured the South Border as the main artist. This year, the BONDS and BANDS Year 6 will be organized to carry on the legacy of success.

RECEPTION AND STUDY CENTER FOR CHILDREN (RSCC) VISIT (December 15,2002)
One of the thrusts of the Sorority is social involvement. This socio-civic activity is one way of sharing with our unfortunate brothers and sisters the blessing we received from our Creator, moreover, the social commitment we have professed since the founding of the Sorority.
UNIVERSITY-WIDE DATING GAME (February 2003)
The Sorority will invite celebrities who will be searchers for this dating game. The dinner date and all the Valentine goodies will be sponsored by the Phi Delta Alpha.
PHI DELTA ALPHA SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION LAUNCH
All these years, the Phi Delta Alpha has never forsaken the legacy of social commitment. This year, a project will be launched to continue what has been started long time ago- that is to be a helping hand to the poverty-stricken people. Now, it is within the University that we want to focus on because we want our fellow students who cannot support their studies in the University.
